  My children and I stayed in unit 1 at Sunset Waters for 1 week in Dec 2008 and arrived from our overnight flight at 6.00am, exhausted. The onsite lock box was easy to locate and access and we were in our villa in no time. John is a very helpful host and came to greet us later in the day after we had our sleep. The ocean views were wonderful and even more spectacular at sunset. The villa was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was there including a plug adaptor for our hair drier. Although older, the unit was well maintained and everything worked properly. We often cooked on the gas barbecue in our courtyard ,just to enjoy the summer evenings. The price was very reasonable and we had a great holiday stay.
